How to use our services

If you wish to use the services of one of our clinics, we recommend that you first call the clinic you wish to visit, using the contact numbers provided.   

When you visit our clinics for the first time, you will be required to complete a Patient Form.  There is a cash charge for each consultation.  Services such as Laboratory, X Ray and Pharmacy carry their own costs, and you should enquire about the rates applicable to each prior to using the services.

There are however some other options for clients:

  • CASH DISCOUNT FACILITY – you may open an account with Mary Begg, into which you are able to make an advance credit deposit.  For as long as you have credit in your account, all services will be less 25%.  Should you wish to take advantage of this facility, please enquire at Reception or contact Brian Katongo.
     
  • CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – Companies may apply for a Corporate Account with Mary Begg.  Such accounts will also require a deposit to be made. Please contact Brian Katongo, Head Office Accounts Department, to determine the deposit payment that will be required.  Please note that corporate accounts which are in debit for more than 30 days will automatically be suspended.
     
  • LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP – Individual membership has been discontinued except for qualifying loyalty members who may continue their existing membership on a manual transaction basis.  Clients enjoying this facility are asked to present their account to the Clinic Manager’s office.
