DOCTORS 
Dr. BesterDr Andre Bester
Chief Medical Officer
Dr Bester is married with two daughters.  He graduated as a general practitioner in 1990 from the University of Pretoria.  His experience from 1991 includes an internship in rural South Africa, general practice, trauma management and surgery, HIV and TB programme design and management, and Hospital and Health Care Division management on the gold mines in South Africa.  From 2008 he began working outside South Africa in the DRC, Ghana and Zambia as medical adviser and CMO.  Dr Bester loves sport and takes part in mountain biking, golf, canoeing, fly fishing and gym.  Other interests are wildlife, livestock farming and wood work.
Dr. RemyDr Remy Kwenyl Mongo (GP)
Dr Remy is married, with four children.  He worked for ten years in the DRC, with his latest position being Deputy Medical Officer at Saint Charles Polyclinic, in Lubumbashi, Katanga.  Prior to joining Mary Begg Community Clinic, Dr Mongo worked for over two years in Lusaka as an in-house doctor at Fairview hospital, and as the doctor in charge at Chinese Hospital Ltd (Zambia).  His special interests are Gynaecology and Obstetrics.  His hobbies include prayers, surfing the internet and travelling with his family.
dr-mulengaDr Tresford Mulenga
Dr Mulenga is a Zambian-trained medical doctor.  After completing his internship and post-internship work at UTH, Dr Mulenga worked in various government institutions and positions, the most recent of which was a three-year term as District Medical Officer in the Northern Province.  He is currently enrolled in Masters (MPH) programmes.  Dr Mulenga has three children.  His main hobbies are travelling, reading, adventure and chess.  His favourite sport is soccer and he is a fervent Barcelona supporter.  Dr Mulenga describes himself as a team player, who loves his work and who has an obsession for results.
dr-gina-villosDr Gina Villos
Dr. Gina Villos is a General Practitioner Physician, having passed the Physician Licensure Examination in the Philippines in 1998.  Her vast experience in working with government and private hospitals enables her to be more perceptive in dealing with a wide array of patients’ medical problems.  Dr Villos has also worked in hospitals in Saudi Arabia and Lusaka, Zambia from 2009.  While practicing as medical doctor, she also completed a Nursing Degree in 2006.  In her spare time, she likes to stay at home to watch movies and bake.  She also loves music and sketching.
